WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND ?
There currently is no cover charge to attend the monthly breakfast, other than the cost of your breakfast.

Some special functions may require a fee, but will be posted or emailed when applicable.

DO YOU POOL FUNDS TO INVEST?
NO. We are strictly a networking forum. We DO NOT pool funds to purchase real estate.

WHAT ATTIRE IS APPROPRIATE?
This is a business meeting. We do want you to be comfortable, but do not want you to feel out of place either. Please dress business or business casual.

Please also bring a pen and notepad as well as any flyers that you have regarding properties you are looking for or have for sale.

WHO IS ALLOWED TO POST ON THE "TREIU TRADER" ?
Anyone is allowed to post on the TREIU TRADER, providing that they have control of a property (the ability to negotiate the terms).

TREIU TRADER is a completely FREE forum. Blatant advertisers will be removed immediately from the page and priority is given to Arizona based properties.

Real Estate agents are not allowed to list MLS numbers. However, stating that is or is not on MLS is allowed. Agents must disclose that they are agents, but may not list company names. Please follow all posting guidelines.

Some Important Points...

BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS
Because we have so many different levels of investors in this group. Please recognize that an REI veteran is probably not going to spill all of their secrets over a lunch date enticement. And many "newbies" anxious to cut their teeth on their first deal, won't be willing to "give" their profits away. Please always know and be informed of who you choose to do deals with. For both sides....play nice.

NETWORKING ETIQUETTE
While TREIU is most certain that our guests are very polite and courteous, we do ask that you turn off all CELL PHONES during the networking event or function you are attending.
